Cellular therapy of hematopoietic acute radiation syndrome is currently at the forefront scientific interest due to high regenerative potential stem cells, their anti-inflammatory and antifibrotic effects. Stem cells have a ability stimulate proliferation differentiation cells. It has been shown that after administration are able migrate lesions under influence chemotactic factors. At same time, they retain functions can differentiate into affected tissues contribute recovery.
 The article analyzes current trends in use cellular products for treatment syndrome. processes cell blood system regulated by feedback mechanisms. This occurs accordance with signals coming from more differentiated pools, as well other organs tissues. They come along nervous humoral pathways. microenvironment created fibroblasts, macrophages, endotheliocytes, lymphocytes play an important role these processes. this be carried out both through direct contacts between production regulators (cytokines).
 present technologies one most promising areas cytokines. Cell advantages over cytokines growth does not require basic level progenitor which main target cytokine effect.
 presented data testify approach injury bone marrow caused doses exposure.
